In 1933,
the Walt Disney Company introduced its first watch featuring
one of their beloved characters. Walt Disney's best known
cartoon character, Mickey Mouse, was chosen to appear on
that first Disney watch. It sold for $2.95 for the wrist watch
model and $1.50 for the pocket watch version. It was on this
very first watch that Mickey started to point the time to
you with his little arms, and you can still find him
pointing out the time on many Mickey Mouse watches today.
